In 2015, MCEDC created a CEO Peer Leadership Group offering business leaders the unique opportunity to connect, learn and succeed in an exclusive, confidential environment. Peer Leadership Groups are designed to realize opportunities, overcome challenges and promote business success.
Our first group has successfully celebrated its first year and have realized business and personal growth. Plans are underway to create a second CEO Group as well as a Group designed for VPs of Sales or those interested in sales generation.
Each group consists of up to 10 leaders from non-competitive markets. Leaders meet monthly for half day sessions designed to accelerate their leadership journey among like-minded executive’s peers. Group members must be committed to personal and professional improvement, willing to consistently commit time and effort for the betterment of themselves, the peer group and their business performance.
