Business Development Roadshow

Last month, the McHenry County EDC co-hosted the 2025 Business Development Roadshow with the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO).
Every year, DCEO takes to the road, traveling statewide to give local businesspeople and innovators a valuable opportunity to receive the latest program updates, learn about upcoming funding opportunities, and discover initiatives that support business growth and economic development.
The McHenry County Roadshow event at McHenry County College was one of the first of 16 planned stops across Illinois, providing local business and community leaders with the tools, insights, and connections needed to drive growth, attract investment, and strengthen the county’s economic vitality.
