As the largest employment sector in the county, MCEDC created M1 Connect – a series of breakfast meetings throughout the year for manufacturing plant managers. The focus is on growing management leadership skills, solving problems, discussing innovation challenges and sharing techniques, the 2019 series was sponsored by Express Employment Professionals.
